JCP Portraits - Roosevelt Field
I just had DS 1st bday pics taken last month. I want a holiday and family photo taken too. I was thinking of doing it a JCP to save a little money since the shoots are so close together.
Has anyone ever used the groupon deal at JCP in Roosevelt Field Mall? Which option did you pick, and is there a specific photographer I should request?

I have been using them since my son was on, he just turned 5. I am a photo hog and the first year I went cost me over $250 because I took everything!!!
After that I used coupons and the most I spent was $149... I usually buy the photo cd with all the pictures on it... I have gotten anywhere from 15-45 shots... Their prints are really good and we have used the same 2 photographers when we went.. The last 2 years I have been using their black friday deal, a photo CD for $49.... Then I add the prints I want from there with another coupon...

Do you know how much the CD is before black friday? Id love to avoid going there during the holiday madness and do this in the next couple weeks. Also, if you plan to buy the CD which package from groupon do you pick?

I think the price is $199 or $149...
But the more items you buy the cheaper the cd becomes..

We have used them for several years. I have been pretty happy with them. The only problem is the wait time.

I would call and ask how much it is to upgrade to the full CD with each groupon option.
I only went during the holiday and didn't have a good experience. They just want you out as soon as possible. Didn't put coordinating floor with backdrop. Photographer wasn't friendly with1 year old DD and didn't try to get a smile. So much depends on the photographer so if you can get a recommendation, that would be better.

My sister used them for my nephew and I used them for my son. I love pictures so we go every month. I actually don't use the groupon. I use the JCP portrait coupons that you can find on their websites. I find that it is a better deal.
We have a good experience with them.
