Need a Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Recipe (please)
I usually make a ham every Thanksgiving along with a Turkey; but each year its pretty much a waste and I have so much left over; so I have decided on a Pork Tenderloin.
I want to stuff it with cranberries and apricot; but I cant find too many recipes. The recipes I find are the glaze and not the "stuff".
If you have one; please share with me.

if the ham goes to waste, wouldn't the pork loin go to waste as well?
a long time ago, I once made a pork tenderloin stuffed with apples and stove top stuffing. I found it through food network. good luck!

Go to food network.com and look up pork Wellington by Alton Brown. I made this for Valentine's day and it was super easy and delicious and our friends loved it.

I guess because a ham is boring. I feel a stuffed tenderloin; people may tend to take it over a slice of ham.
Also; My dad doesn't like turkey; so it's mainly for him.
