MRI of the Spine
Has anyone ever had a child that needed this? How did it go? Please share your story or PM me
My son toe walks on both feet but mainly on Right. He wears AFO braces. He is doing well in PT/OT & is very smart. He has high tone in legs. We went to a new Neuro for another opinion on my son. They are curious to see if he has a teethered cord. Does anyone have any info on this??

Re: MRI of the Spine
My DS had a brain and spine MRI last fall. He was about 7-8 months at the time. It was done in the hospital and he was put under general anesthesia and intubated. He does have some airway issues, so that may not be the norm. His MRI was for different reasons, so I can't offer any info on that.

Thanks for responding. We also had MRI of brain at 1yr. We never did the spine although I wish we did it then. To go back again at 3yr old really stinks. We don't have a date yet. It will be next year though after holidays.
