I'm getting a pressure cooker!!
Probably way more excited than I should be but what are your favorite things to make in a pressure cooker?
I can also use it for canning and it has a rice feature.
This is what happens when you get old!

Short ribs are delicious when cooked in a pressure cooker. I prefer boneless short ribs.
I like this recipe but I don't add the salt. I adjust all the other ingredients based on how much short ribs I'm cooking. I don't always make the gravy. Sometimes I just serve it with roasted potatoes.

I'm getting a pressure cooker!!
I've thought about getting one, but I think my husband would kill me if I got yet another hard-to-store appliance.

LOL, first thing DH said was where are you putting it??? But he knows if he wants to eat hot meals on a regular basis I have to rely on the crock pot and told him this will increase his hot meal/home made meal quota!
I have a few baking things I never used that I cleaned out to make room..
