Um no way in hell! Food must be kept at 40 degrees or less to ensure internal food temp of 36. Food at 40-140 degrees is in the danger zone.

Me too. Even I say no way to this and I am very lax with food, expiration dates, internal temps etc.

False. The cheese & chicken are way bad already. Bacteria has grown on it. 100000% not safe to eat.
