Remind me what happens. I know the gazillion questions and blood work, but what else. Mine is later tonight.

First OB appointment

They'll do an in-office sonogram to confirm the pregnancy, weigh you, urine sample, blood pressure. I didn't get blood work at my 1st OB appointment, but I conceived via IVF and had already had tons of blood work done through the RE. I just had them fax everything over so it could be put in my records. They'll go over do's/dont's/safe meds to take/etc. They might also have you fill out paperwork for your insurance company to get a pre-authorization for the hospital stay for when you deliver.

First OB appointment

Urine, bp, weight. If it's too early for abdominal, they'll do a transvaginal sono. I got a script to get bloodwork at a lab.

I had my first sono already and I'm pretty sure the tech will be gone by then. When I had that appointment they gave me the script to get the blood work done so I did that.
