meat- chicken apple sausave and strawberries. cut them up and put them on skewers.
- filet mignon medallions- bourbon glave from tastefully simple is the best marinade i've ever had
you can get whole fish (cleaned and butterflied) cut up pieces of lemon - throw in fresh sprigs of thyme and rosemary- salt pepper oregano. grill the fish holder thing first. get it extra hot , then put the fish in. 5 min each side.

Re: New grilling recipes needed
I think the key is to take the things you like and do different variations of them. That twist makes it different enough. Because honestly there are only some many things you can grill and it does all get fairly old. Same old thing but you can always try to do it in a different way.
So for hamburgers... we put in rotation: regular 'ol hamburgers, taco/mexican burgers, jalapeno popper burgers, bacon & cheese burgers, buffalo burgers, bruschetta burgers, etc.
I know food network has a ton of ways to dress up hot dogs, but since we don't eat them, I don't have any advice for those.
There is sweet sausage, hot sausage, turkey sausage, chicken sausage (and a lot of variation within the chicken sausages). We usually make them with peppers, like sausage and pepper heroes but you can also just make different sides to go along the grilled sausage. So maybe like grilled sausage and a pasta salad one day. And grilled sausage and a potato salad the next week. And a different grilled sausage with some grilled vegetables the next time.
We love grilled chicken. You can throw on any type of sauce. We make BBQ chicken, buffalo chicken, oriental chicken, greek style chicken. Sometimes we make just lightly seasoned regular chicken and do sides like hummus or throw it in with pasta or over a salad. My favorite two are chicken kabobs with grilled vegetable skewers and also chicken spiedies. It is like spicy marinated chicken on a hero with pickled veggies and lettuce with a tahini sauce. Oh and I almost forgot- chicken wings of course!!
We also love to grill pizza. You can make plain pizza, pizza with meat on top, vegetable pizza, etc.
I have never grilled fish, but I'd certainly like to try.
For other red meat options: steak with different sauces on top, or steak to make fajitas, or pulled pork, or ribs.
I heard grilling fruit is also delicious. Grilling fruit can be dessert or it can be thrown on top of chicken or something.
