Spinoff to Meal Replacement Shakes: Share your in-between snacks/meals
I started IdealShake on Monday and in general I'm reading that with any meal replacement shakes you should be eating 5 small snack/meals per day. One or 2 of those meals should be your shakes. Can anyone share what your snacks/meals are in-between your shakes? I want to make sure I'm not over eating and negating the effects of the shake.
So far I have been replacing my lunch with a shake. I have oatmeal with fresh strawberries in the morning, some cantaloupe for a mid-morning snack, shake for lunch, and then carrots with hummus for a mid-day snack, and then a sensible dinner (grilled chicken with some sort of veggie on the side).

Spinoff to Meal Replacement Shakes: Share your in-between snacks/meals
Snacks: Stop & Shop Peanut butter trail mix (its delishhhhhh), pretzels, all kinds of peanuts, all fruits, veggies (I like to cut up on Sunday, so I have them for the entire week).
