SPANX
spanx make me look heavier than i really am. what the hell!!
i bought the same body suit thingy that the chick from snl wore on david letterman that stripped down and i looked terrible.
what am i doing wrong?

What does work is the Jillian Micheal's anti bloat magic potion for 7 days before a big event.
You drop about 5 pounds of water weight!

ive been taking water pills because i was pmsing. it was so bad i was going to get the dress in a size bigger just in case. Luckily I got my pd this morning and I'll be ok by Friday.
I'm even skipping dinner tonight  going to stay home and cook for myself while everyone feasts on delicious seafood

Jillian Michael's Anti Bloat Tea
So you have to drink it every day for 7 days. And you have to drink it all- all 60 ounces.
It does not taste bad at all because all that water dilutes the semi funky taste of the dandelion root tea. It kind of tastes like lemon water.
Make sure you buy PURE cranberry juice- no sugar added- not the cocktail. I get mine in the organic aisle- Nature's Promise at Stop and Shop.
I also brew the tea in hot water for a little bit before adding it to the recipe.
You can get Dandelion root tea in a health food store, probably Whole Foods, but I buy it on Amazon.
Dandelion root is a natural diuretic as are lemons and cranberry juice . Add the 60 oz of water and you'll be peeing a lot.
But when I do that, plus watch my sodium and carbs for a week, it's amazing the bloat I lose.

Never tried the ballerina tea but from what I understand that makes it come out the other end.
This stuff is just peeing- that I can handle at work!

the wedding was on Friday and i didnt wear spanx. I just sucked my tummy in when i was standing and covered it with a napkin while i was sitting down. SUCCESS!
