Party Menu Help - Fairway

I'm hosting a 60th birthday party for my dad in a few weeks.

I'm thinking of ordering from Fairway. Any feedback on their catering is appreciated.

How does this menu sound?

Approx 50 people.

Main menu:

Full trays of-
Sausage, Broccoli Rabe & Potatos
Baby back Ribs
Eggplant Parm
Penn Vodka
Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Skirt Steak Sliders

1/2 tray garlic herb chicken

Hero
3 ft- chicken/mozerella/pepper
3 ft- Italian

Sidea:

Caesar Salad
3 lbs Potato
3 lbs macaroni
3 lbs green beans
3 lbs Bowie primavera

We will be having an assortment of apps prior to serving the main meal.

i always cater from fairway
if you get the heros, they come with HUUUUGE salads and 2 sides. so that cuts the cost down.

i would also stay away from sliders, eggplant rollatini...things "by the piece" you can feed A LOT more people with trays of food that you cut yourself for example -eggplant parm, chicken francese, chicken parm. and I've learned if you dont pre cut, guests are modest and take a lil of everything so you will have a ton of food left over.

the fajita station is also a GREAT value.
