Go-to healthy/diet meals
DH and I have been eating like crap all summer, and it shows! He could be perfectly content eating grilled chicken salads every day. But I just can't do it. I wind up bored and then go snack on junk food. I'm going to try to eliminate carbs for a bit- not carbs naturally from veggies and beans, but no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. Tomorrow I'm planning on grilled chicken with a black bean and avacado salad. I'll also do baked fish with veggies. What other interesting things can I make that so I don't lose my motivation? I'm not one of those people who can eat the same thing day in and day out. Please give me your healthy ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I eat almost everything, but I don't eat eggs. At all.

Go-to healthy/diet meals
I have been working out a lot and eating healthier this summer (I eat bad in the winter/good in the summer LOL).
Breakfast: Protein shake Egg whites on a WW english muffin with cheese Steel cut oats mixed with almond milk and fruit
Lunch: Leftovers from dinner Salad with grilled chicken (I add different cheeses, nuts, fruits, dressing) English muffing pizza Homemade chicken salad with crackers
Dinner: WW pasta with different sauces (I also wilt in a ton of kale, sometimes cheese, etc) Cajun chicken cutlets Parmesan orzo with broccoli is my goto side dish Roasted veggies Farro salad (farro, red onion, feta cheese, tomatoes, sometimes I add chicken)
I scour Pinterest a lot for ideas. I also think of fattening dishes we like and look for ways to make them healthier. I generally don't use a lot of oil and butter in cooking, so that's one area you can easily cut back on to save calories if you like to fry and sautee.
I made pumpkin brownies and last night and they are delicious - a box of brownie mix with 1 can of plain pumpkin puree.

I make grilled chicken a lot! I like to top in with different vegetables: spinach and tomato, asparagus, etc. and some low fat shredded mozzarella.
Sometimes I marinate the chicken overnight in low fat Italian dressing or basalmic oi - that gives it so much flavor!
Stir-frys are awesome. I throw some chicken or shrimp and a bunch of veggies in the wok with a little low sodium soy sauce and serve it over brown rice.
Turkey burgers, turkey chili and turkey meatloaf are all good healthy alternatives.

im doing weight watchers again and lost 7 lbs in 6 days.
breakfast- 1/2 cup fber one cereal ( the one that looks like rabbit doodie) and 1/2 cup almond milk
lunch- grilled chicken or turkey breast on salad ( no cheese, no dressing.. just vinegar, hot sauce or lemon) or a wrap- flat out brand ( high fiber/low cal/low fat) with spinach and mango salsa
dinner- sushi usually- yellowtail jalepeno app with either a tuna mango salad or tuna avacado salad NO SOY SAUCE! i ask for a side of lemon and squeeze it all over the food.
the other night i wanted pizza so i spent an hour trying to find "crust" in the end i got a pack of wonton wrappers (the large size) i purchased plain pizza sauce that had only 1 gram of fat and low fat organic mozz. cheese. they were ridiculously filling. i chopped some garlic and rolled them up. DEELISH
i find eating the cereal in the morning makes me not want to crave sweets. if i DO want something sweet, i have a fat free can of whipped cream. i squirt some in my mouth and im happy. only 15 cals!
