Ate expired cheese

I ate expired shredded cheese. It was expired by a month. We must have bought it expired. What should I do???

I'm pretty sure you will be fine, Nothing really to do but wait it out. If its smelled ok you probably wont even get a stomach ache.

I ate expired sun chips. They were expired by 3 months LOL. I didn't even get a stomach ache.

They say even food poisoning rarely affects a fetus so a bit of cheese is fine I'm sure. Lots of people don't give up blue cheese and that's literal mold they're eating!

Most people (not me) LOVE stinky cheese- Romano, Parmesean, Blue, Feta.
All rotted.
Pretty much very expired cheese and they eat it like it's a delicacy.

Nothing, they put those expiration dates on food (and drugs for that matter) much earlier than it really could be an issue - just take milk, most of the time, you can drink that at least 2 days after the expiration date. Most of those food dates are sell by dates, anyway, which just means that stores must remove the food by that date, not that you can't eat it past that date.
