I went once a month in the beginning. Then third trimester it was every other week. Then starting at 36 weeks every week.

Every 4 weeks until 28 weeks
Every 2 weeks from weeks 28-36
Every week 36+
This is from a parenting magazine.
I was with an RE, graduated at my 8 week appointment. I saw my OBGYN at 9 weeks and will see her again in a month (4 weeks). I will have a sono in 3 weeks (at 12 weeks) and the finger prick test.

I went again at 10 weeks to 1) do another sonogram to confirm due date, and 2) draw blood for genetic testing

8, 12, 16, 20, 20(again for anatomy scan at nsuh), 24, 26 (glucose test), 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 then every two days for nonstress test until induction.

With DD I had an 8wk appointment and then the next was my 12wk.
With this one, I had some prior losses and my OB wanted me to come in as much as possible for peace of mind in the beginning. So, I was having appointments every 2 weeks - 6wk, 8wk, 10wk, 12wk. Then I started going every 4wks after that.
If yours is a regular pregnancy with no issues I would assume your next appointment would be 12wks, but every doctor is different so if you didn't make your next appointment then you'll probably need to call soon and get that done.
