Ovulate on different days
I got a solid smiley on CD 13 last month and a solid smiley on CD 10 this month? Is it normal to variate CDs month to month?
I also never get a blinking smiley just goes straight to solid in 24 hours after a blank circle. Does that mean my chances of getting pregnant are even less?

I don't think it's atypical to ovulate on different days in different cycles. What remains more consistent is the length of your leutal phase.
I'm not familiar with those OPKs, so I have no advice on that.

Ovulate on different days
I kept track of my O date using the CBE smileys for a few months before TTC. I would usually get a smiley anywhere between CD 12 and 15. As the PP said, as long as your LP is ok then you should be fine. I never got a blinking smiley, only solid. I used these tests to conceive my DS and this current pregnancy so I don't think it affects your chances. GL!

I get my smiley anywhere from day 14-17. I've had months where I didn't get the smiley, but my temps showed the spike to indicate ovulation

You LP should remain consistent, not the day of your cycle that you ovulate.

Yup..totally normal. just make sure, like the other posters said, the last half of the cycle is long enough.
