New shower door leakage

Has anyone had an issue with shower door leakage and the company coming to fix? We have a neo angle shower door and it is leaking terribly at the bottom hinge. Contractor told us not to use it. As of yet, nothing is being done. I was told we could get a ceiling type showerhead but I want the hinge issue addressed. We went with a glass place through our contractor because we got a huge discount that way. Other than that, we went to quite a few shower door places and I wonder if they would have helped us more with this issue had we gone elsewhere, but we saved a huge amount going through this place through contractor.

No advice but someone else posted about the same issue a few weeks ago. Can the glass place help you? If not, I'd have someone from a shower door store to come assess the situation.
