Bikini Beach Body - Kayla Itsines
Has anyone purchased the bikini beach body by Kayla Itsines? I started following her on IG and it seems like a lot of people get good results and really transform their body.
To give a little background information, I am in good shape - I try to eat well and I exercise 5-6 days a week for 30-90 minutes. I do a mix or cardio and weight training, but I have not seen any improvement in my strength/muscle tone. Many of the women she highlights seem to be in a similar situation to me and they have really increased their muscle tone, which is what I am looking to do. So I am wondering if anyone has used her programs and if so, have you had success?
TIA!

I'm sure it works.
Here's the thing about ALL of those programs - hers, beach body, etc. It's all about having a plan, and putting in the right amount of effort. A plan for your diet and a plan for your exercise. There's no magic formula that these people have, it's just getting people to be consistent and maybe a little of doing the right balance of exercises.
If you think it's a program you'll stick to and be consistent with - go for it.

Thanks! That's what I figured. I think the combination of exercises is what will help me, but it's a lot of money and that's why I am hesitant to bite the bullet. I know I will stick with the program as I am dedicated to working out. I'm really not a "skip a day" type of person - I worked out every day when I was pregnant and started walking daily once my DS was 1 week old. I also think the meal planning with help. My main problem is that I am a grazer. usually graze on healthy foods, but it still all counts.

There is definitely value in the program design and the way the exercises are put together - as opposed to just going to the gym and guessing what order, how many reps/sets, etc.
I would suggest researching a few programs, looking closely at the negative reviews - are they valid complaints or are people just lazy? - and seeing if it's worth the money. Or if maybe there's a better program you.

There are few that have very similar workouts. I have read reviews on a bunch and they are seem to be the same and people get the same results but the biggest difference is $$$$$.

If you're looking for another option check out the Fit Girls Guide on Instagram. I did the 28 day jump start and I liked it. The exercises might be a bit easy for you but I loved the meal plan.

Bikini Beach Body - Kayla Itsines
I did the first workout today - legs. OMG - I was dying! I can run 12 miles and barely feel winded. This 30 minute circuit kicked my butt!!
Starting Monday I'm going to follow the food guide. We have company this weekend and my mil brings the best desserts

I did the second circuit yesterday. It really focused on triceps, shoulders, and abs. I almost didn't make it through the second set of circuits. On a positive note, my legs are no longer killing me from Saturday. Stupid DOMS!
I've been loosely following her food guide and I am actually always full. It is pretty basic and just says you should have x amount of carbs, proteins, healthy fats, etc.
