I think it was cooked, because it didn't seem like it was hard to bite into. I was on Amtrak last year and saw a woman eating a sweet potato exactly the same way. At the time I was like  . Last night it made me laugh, remembering that

Like Chill said. Pretty sure it was cooked. The skin seemed a lil crunchy and the inside, soft. Lol. That was the most interesting part of the Bach last night
