Beach vacations. Show me your shoes you pack!
So, I tend to go overboard bc I LOVE shoes. Especially sandals and my Tory Burch flip flops.  I think I own 9!
During the day I usually pack 3 flip flops. Depending on color. For night I will wear a dressier flip flop or sandal. I feel like I overpack shoes though. I also bring sneakers for the airport and if I ever get to the gym or go for a walk.
We are going to Aruba begining of March. WE have been going every year but of course I have too many shoes.
We like to walk on the beach to restaurants so I can't wear heels.

What do you pack for beach vacations? Do I overdo it? Maybe cut down? LOL

I usually pack two flip flops, dressy sandal, espadrille, lightweight sneaker.

2 flip flops for the beach/pool in the day.
Maybe a pair of sneakers if we will be doing a lot of walking- but in general my croc flip flops are comfier than sneakers for me anyway so I really dont' need the sneakers.
Dressy flip flops for night- i have some with jewels and sparkles and a wedge heel that go great with sun dresses
A pair of Croc Wedges for night- they are super comfy and look good too
I generally only bring a dressier high heeled sandal if we are going out to a fancier dinner or something
For casual beach vacations (like Jersey shore, etc) I leave those fancier heels at home

We do a 2 week vacation in the USVI.
I pack a pair of flip flops for the pool/beach, 2 pair of Birkenstock Gizeh thong sandals, and a dressier flat heeled sandal. That's it.
I wear a pair of light sneakers to travel in, also in case I need them during the week.
Over the years I've learned to pack a lot lighter, clothing wise too.
No one is going to know if you have worn the same thing twice.

When I went to costa rica I only brought 2 pairs of flip flops and my running shoes (I planned on running)

Just was in aruba in November. I coordinated my outfits and shoes thanks to Pinterest.
I brought one pair of casual flip flops.. I should have brought two. Black to match my outfits.
Black dressy sandals - comfortable
Silver dressy sandals
Black water shoes
Black ballet flats
White sneakers
I was looking for, but could not find a nude dressy sandal and nude flip flop to bring, but never found in time to buy.

I usually bring a pair of flip flops , 2 flat sandals(a gold and a pewter), wedge sandals for the evening, a pair of sneakers and a pair of water shoes. It's way too much so I'm going to cut back for our next upcoming vacation to the wedge sandals, a pair of sneakers, water shoes, flip flops and 1 flat sandal. Lol
