Invitations and RSVP for kids parties

Hi, for a kids birthday party at a bounce or play place

two questions -

1. how many weeks before the party do you get the invitations out?

2. how many days before the party is your RSVP date?

I get the invites out about 3-4 weeks before.

I put the RSVP date as 1 week before, but I usually still have to chase people down who are rude and can't rsvp

For the RSVP date, I usually make it one day before the company needs my final head count. Last time it was about a week before the event.

I send invitations to school 2-3 weeks before the party. I feel like if it's too far from the date, that people will forget it's happening by the time the party date rolls around.

4 weeks before the party and rsvp one week before the event. I also send out a reminder one or two days before the event too.
