They were both so excited!! It took my son a few minutes to catch on, he was just happy about the balloons. LOL My daughter wanted to hop on the plane right away. haha They can't wait though. We put up a countdown calendar on the fridge that we'll start on January 1st.

Re: Disney 2017
We've already booked ours. We have
BoG- lunch Primetime- lunch (this is an old fave we haven't been to in a while!) Liberty Tree- dinner The Plaza- lunch (might cancel this one due to timing) Tusker House- lunch Jiko- dinner (never been!) Hoop Dee Doo Rainforest- dinner (the Disney Springs location) T-Rex- lunch
We'll also definitely eat lunches at Flame Tree and Yak and Yeti.
I'm still trying for a BoG dinner for our last night.
I'm so excited. We leave in exactly 6 weeks!

I would keep checking back and get a credit if the price goes down. Each time I've looked that far in advance, they are through the roof. Then too close, same thing.

Yeah first day booking is always that way! Goes up every 5 minutes LOL. They drop...quite a bit. The days leading up to February break creeped up to over $300 one way when booking opened. I got it this past Sunday for much less than that. So just keep checking!

Oh thank you. That makes me feel better. I wasn't planning on spending so much. The girls will only be two and four so I thought it would be good to watch fireworks in pjs

We have done all three meals there. The dinner is nice because the Beast makes an appearance. You can't find him anywhere else in the parks. So if your child likes the Beast, I would go with dinner. The portions are TINY though! We did my DD's birthday dinner there, and I had ordered a mini cake. Was so cute, and we had a great time! But, we had to get heavy snacks after ...and we aren't even big eaters!
