Re: Tooth Fairy- How Much $?
$20 for the first tooth $5 for each additional That said, I should have asked my neighbors because they told me $20 was too high for the first tooth and kids compare notes
ETA: I based those amounts on this site. You're better off asking those you are surrounded by IRL.

Re: Tooth Fairy- How Much $?
My son is 7 and has yet to lose a tooth, but when he does he is going to get a Sacagawea dollar for every tooth. Whether it is the first or last.

Re: Tooth Fairy- How Much $?
We did $20 for the 1st tooth, then 15, then 10 for the others. (he's lost 4). Eventually it stops being a big deal for kids since they get older and don't believe in the tooth fairy. I figure by around tooth 8 the tooth fairy stops coming....

$100!!! You have to be kidding me? That is why most kids are spoiled these days. That is just absurd.
We gave $20 for the first tooth but only because we didn't have anything smaller between the two of us. But we made it clear it was only because it was the first and he had to have them pulled out because of dental issues.
Each tooth after that will be $1

I know, I can't comprehend this... he doesn't get that for his birthday.

Re: Tooth Fairy- How Much $?
My son also came home & told me his classmate received $100 for his first lost tooth. Knowing the kid's mom, I actually believe the boy.
I give $3 for each tooth. We gave$1 for the first I didn't know what the going rate was for a first tooth since he was the first one to loose a tooth in his class & friend group.
