Ronkonkoma area - Connetquot school district specifically
Tell me about this area as I'm very unfamiliar with it. Specifically the Lake Hills section. Is it a safe area with a good school district? Feel free to FM.

I'm close to the Lake Hills area, but I have a lot of friends in that area. They all seem to really like that section of Ronkonkoma.
I love the Connetquot school district. DS is in 8th grade, so I don't have first-hand knowledge of the high school yet, but he's had great teachers, I feel like he's learning a lot, there are plenty of school activities, clubs, sports, music, etc.
