Moles, possum,????
So I saw a critter in the yard this morning going inside a hole. My yard is terraced. Patio pavers is ground level then I have a few stairs leading up to the grass area.
I googled to see what kind of animal and I think it's a mole. They can dig tunnels 100 feet a day!! How do I get rid of it? Pest control??? Home remedy is castor oil, water and liquid soap. I'm creeped out.

You might be able to get rid of this particular mole, but they'll always come back. Along with raccoons, opossums, rabbits...

Honestly, you will never stop them.
You can kill one; and a 100 more will just come back.
They're a$$holes.

I Could never kill them. We are going to call wildlife and see if there's soemthing we can spray that's not harmful but will stop them from digging holes. I love them visiting. Just don't want them living on our property or visiting when we have ppl over haha

We put some kind of stake in the whole the gopher started that emits a pulse they don't like.

Get a dog. If that is not viable, try a few ground stakes that emit a low noise.

Dogs won't help. I was a a huge off-leash dog park in California last week. At least a hundred dogs a day over a few acres. There were tons of groundhog holes all over the place, and we even saw a few groundhogs pop their heads out, even when dogs were staring at the holes...
Even the terriers weren't digging them out...
