BRAT diet
For the BRAT diet....what does everyone put on the toast. I really don’t think my son would eat it plain. Thanks

Re: BRAT diet
Maybe a little jelly? Butter would be too heavy for BRAT. Or maybe mash up the bananas and put that on it?

BRAT diet
When I had to do BRAT as a kid, I discovered that I actually really like plain toast. It was also good with banana slices on top. Also, rice with banana mixed in is strangely delicious.

BRAT diet
My son just had to do this for a week, he ate the toast plain luckily but if he didn’t I would have mashed a banana on it butter and jelly are too heavy IMO

BRAT diet
I thought this diet wasn’t really recommended anymore? At least not as restrictive. My Ped made modifications to allow oats, yogurt, sweet potato.
