Where to find Casual cold shoulder tops

Yes, literally every store! I know because I hate them and have a hard time finding a non-cold shoulder top!

I just went out in search of a cute one for a concert I'm going to this weekend. Places I found that had really cute ones:
Marshalls
Loft
Charming Charlie
Macys
NY & Co
TJ Maxx
Nordstrom Rack
And I do Stitch Fix every once in a while when I'm looking for something specific and they just sent me a really nice one in my fix. The brand is Kaileigh. You can probably find it on Poshmark or something.

I also have problems finding tops that aren't loose and flowy lately
This whole Loose and Flowy thing needs to end as well. I have big-ish boobs. Anything loose and flowy makes me look 20 lbs heavier

Yes. I don't even have big boobs but it makes me look bigger too. In a form fitting top I look at LEAST 10-15 lbs thinner.
It's ridiculous
