Lol. I tried to like them in a pudding, and the texture was so off-putting (pun intended).

Re: chia seeds
I love this chia seed jam. I used it as a topping for oatmeal. recipe
If you have a good blender you can put them in smoothies.

Re: chia seeds
They're actually full of Omega's.
When I remember, I throw a handful in my shake and just blend them.
Otherwise, there is nothing else I would use them for.
The pudding I think would be too slimy for me.

Re: chia seeds
I actually had what I believe was a chia pudding from Pret recently. I just grabbed it to have after my lunch. It was in a tiny little cup, and it had some mango on top and pomegranate seeds. I believe it was made with cocounut milk too because it tasted coconuty It was actually pretty delicious.
They are high in calories- good calories/good fat and lots of fiber- but you still have to watch the portion size

Re: chia seeds
I like them in my smoothies and i do like chia pudding. The key I found to the pudding is to find a recipe where you BLEND the chia seeds with the milk in a blender, not just dump them in and put in fridge. Makes the world of a difference.
