frozen embryo transfer
Hello ladies,
We are so excited to be back again but nervous at the same time with everything that happened. All the miscarriages, and the loss of one of our triplets. We have decided to try again and are thinking in the next few months. We met with the fertility doctor and he said we have 3 embryos left. We obviously are only going to transfer one at a time this go around. My question is did anyone have success with a frozen transfer? We have only done fresh before.
TIA

frozen embryo transfer
Good luck! A lot of REs now ate pushing frozen transfers over fresh. Seems like there is a better chance with frozen. Your body isn't coming off all the stims like a fresh cycle.

Re: frozen embryo transfer
I did not have success with my fresh but did with my frozen. We only transferred 1 embryo each time and was successful (had my son almost 2 years ago and expecting #2 in August). Good luck!

Yeah we have 3 embryos all day 6. Does that mean they are weaker if they are day 6?? Thank you for asking how the boys are. They are doing well. Baby B who had NEC still has GI issues, he will his whole life but we are doing well and I am so lucky to have them! How are you doing and your daughter?

Re: frozen embryo transfer
I don't think they are weaker. My day 6 was good quality and the one I have left over is so so. I will be transferring early next year again too.
I'm glad your boys are doing good. They have come so far!
My daughter is doing well! She's now crawling and pulling up so she keeps us busy. The first few months were rough bc she was colic and she's a terrible napper but she has brought so much love and joy to our home.

Re: frozen embryo transfer
Aww I’m sorry she was colic but glad it’s getting easier! Yes they are precious and the love of our lives!!! Yay for you guys trying again soon!
The only reason I ask is because people have said that day 6 might be a little weaker because it needed another day to grow. Who knows?

Re: frozen embryo transfer
My DD was a frozen embryo. She was a day 5 blast and was transferred with 1 other embryo almost a year after my IVF.
