How often do you take off of work?

i take every single day given to me.

i currently get:
* 2 floating holidays
* 5 sick days
* 15 vacation days

i re-read the question. how often?
the only blackout dates we have are during peak (holiday shopping season). my previous position gave me a loophole and i was able to take black friday and cyber monday off. now, they're off the table for me.

i take them as i want. my current boss just asks that i give him a 2-week heads up.

I take off a decent amount. I accrue 27 days a year & I’m already at the max we are allowed to keep banked so now I just use all of it each year to keep at that max. Sick time I don’t have much since I did get sick last year, so I am trying to build that back up. I mostly take off some weeks over the summer, some days around Christmas, and random days I need throughout the year, like the kids’ first day of school, concert days, Doctor appts, etc.
