Prime rib this year--my first time! The past 3 years we had turkey.

how about goose? that's super traditional... we usually do duck on christmas eve, since there are only 3 of us

I'm no help...DH and I are celebrating Christmas Day together and I told he could have anything he wanted. Rib Roast, prime rib, filet mignon, duck, goose, turkey, ham...he picked chicken piccatta.Chat Icon

Christmas Day is Beef Tenderloin.

Christmas Eve is Ham & Turkey along with all the italian fishes and pasta dishes.

I was going to do a ham and turkey...but I think I am going to switch to a prime rib or roast pork.

Danielle is making Pot Roast christmas eve - amongst pasta fagioli and other yummy things.

Not sure what her mother is making for christmas day, but I know there will be Antipasti and Manicotti

Well Christmas eve is NO meat for us , we do the 7 fishes.

The day is the macaroni's & meat , Ham, Lamb & Turkey ,,
