Wilton Cake Decorating Classes
Has anyone ever taken them?
I am thinking about take it I believe AC Moore is having them next month.

I was just about to post this question.
I'm determined to make the cake for my sister's bridal shower. Nothing too fancy- but I want it to be stacked and be hot pink and black- so I'll probably use fondant

I took courses 1 and 2 and thought they were great. Just a note to the previous poster who talked about using fondant, roll it out very thin because it tastes awful.
