Re: cruises
My first word of advice is -summertime cruises, make sure you get on a boat with a seperate pool for adults. Last summer I went on one in July and they really did not designate pools...it was a headache. I have only been on RCCL, I would def look into Freedom of the Seas, it is the greatest boat out there right now. Princess is a great line too. As far as itineraries go, I would pick one where the boat docks at 10-11 AM and leaves pretty late. That way you don't rush off the boat, and you have plenty of time to get back. For this reason, I would suggest a late dinner time as well. Have a great time!!

Re: cruises
I have taken a lot of cruises (about 14 or so). I have been on 1 NCL, 11 Celebrity, 1 mediterrean cruise (it was a special european line) and 1 princess.
I think what line you would be interested in depends on your interests. We loved Celebrity - but we just went on Princess in August and LOVED them.
I would be happy to help answer any questions you might have or help you in any way - if you FM me.
