basal temperature
is it normal that my temp is in the low 97 range everyday? today it was 96.8.

Most months, while in the follicular phase my temp fluctuates between a 97.2- and 97.9.
I think its aok to be that low.

I'm usually in the low 97s also. I've even been at 96.9 and 97.0 before O. I wouldnt worry about it.

the earlier you take your temp, the lower its likely to be.
It wasn't unusual for me to get temps like 96.7-97.4 (taking it at 7am)
But I've abandoned charting this month. I think my love of the drink was skewing the charts

I usually have similair temps pre O as well. I get pretty high post O temps too..usually 97.8-98.6
