How to take your temperature accurately
Alarm goes off...
Reach for snooze button before grabbing thermometer...
accidentally knock thermometer onto floor...
hit snooze button....
grope frantically on floor for thermometer while trying to stay as still as possible...
curse under your breath....
give up and grope for eye glasses on nightstand to try and find thermometer on floor without getting out of bed....
knock over glass of water on nightstand....
curse again.....
lean over very far while trying to lay as still as possible and grope around wet floor more...
locate thermometer, smile, ignore that you are out of breath....
take your temperature and convince yourself, that, since it is post-o and your reading is nice and high that it really is an accurate temperature reading....
