Any "recipes" for a filet mignon roast?
Mom is making this for our Christmas Eve Dinner...we always look online for different ways to prepare it.
Please share if you have any recipes!

my DH cooks it in a frying pan
with bacon, onions and whiskey (and garic and EVOO)
sooooooooo good
the whiskey and bacon- what a combo!

filet mignon wirh merlot sauce-roasted---if u r interested-fm me so I remember and I wilgo lookfor the recipe! dh sleeping now in room.
twice bakedpotatoes and broccoli with garlic and oil---yum
