I didnt post all week. I did a cardio week. I needed to take a break from weights:

Monday: no gym time

Tues: HIIT on treadmill for 30 mins

Wed: SPIN class

Thurs: 30 mins running on treadmill

I haven't posted because I'm doing all Olympic style lifting, and if I list what exercises I'm doing, most of you will be like Chat Icon

So I probably won't post here for a while, but I'm available to kick anybody's a$$ to get them motivated, upon request Chat Icon

Worked out with trainer...did push-ups, flys, tricep kick backs, squats with the medicine ball, leg ext, abs with the bosu ball. Then I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. 2.5 mph on 3.0 elevation.

20 minutes on treadmill - 2.5 speed, 3 incline. Then 45 minute workout with my trainer. We did everything - head, shoulder, knees and toes Chat Icon At least that is what it felt like. We did shoulder press, lat pull down, seated rows, crunches on the stability ball, and some arm raises with weights that I am not sure what they are called. Then she said we need to "work on" my cardio and made me do 25 minutes of interval training on the treadmill. Yes I actually ran on the treadmill today. Chat Icon We went from 3.0 to 4.0 speed and increasing and decreasing incline from 1.0 to 5.0 Chat Icon. It was crazy challenging for me but now I feel FAB! Chat Icon
