Friday AM hotel gym was horrible. Only one bench!
Upper body, vertical- push, pull

Shoulder presses 5X6 25 lbs, 30lbs.

Side lateral raises 3X10 15lbs

Lat pulldowns- wide grip 5X6 90 lbs

Lat pulldowns- close grip 3X10 75 lbs

Abs

Yesterday we went rafting all day in the poconos for work.
so basically I trained back and chest!

I can't post during the day anymore, but I'm still working out!
Today I did chest:
-Incline bench
-Flat bench DB press supersetted with flyes
While I was waiting for a bench to open up, I did some olympic squats. My squat is up to 95 lbs!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Then I did some triceps real quick - lying DB extensions.
Then abs, then had to run home because it was getting late.

Yay! Good for you! I am jealous, I hurt my knee bad from running too much. Now I am just doing upper body. I can't wait to be doing squats again. I miss them so much! My butt is going south!

That's one of the reasons why I don't run Christine - it kills my knees! I hope your's get better soon.

Tonight - legs and some biceps:
- Leg extensions
- Lying hamstring curls
- Split squats
- Barbell curls

20 min of cardio, abs & stretch

After 3 months, I finally got my butt to the gym. Nothing crazy............did about 40 minutes on the elliptical.

Hopefully, I can go back again Thursday........and try to go more and more.

I have been exercising, but had to take it easy. Instead of running, I have been walking and lifting light weights.

Friday, July 27 - walked 10 minutes warm-up, combo of light weights and cardio with my trainer

Saturday, July 28 - walked over 4 miles outside

Sunday, July 29 - walked 2.25 miles and biceps

Tuesday, July 30 - walked 3.00 miles anc biceps

I finally got to the gym Monday!! wo ho!

I am trying to use less weights on my shoulders. They are too big for some shirts I own. It sucks that you can't be fit and fit into today's fashions!

I have been working out like crazy trying to get my pregnancy weight off. I am 5 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight and 10 lbs from my goal. Last night I did "Ultimate Abs" Tae Bo for 45 minutes and then the elliptical for 15 minutes.

Yesterday, ran/walked 2.5 miles on the tredmill + weights at the gym

Today, went for an intense run with DH for 30 minutes.

yesterday I rested Chat Icon my whole body hurt!!

Today I ran (most of the time) for 30 minutes on the treadmill, did weight machines for arms and legs.
