WORKOUT LOG
I know there is one on liw but since alot of us are posting more over here now, I thought Id start one. I know the one on liw helped motivate me seeing other girls post their workout routine.
I'll start.
Yesterday - 35min HIIT on treadmill and 15 min Precor
Today - 35min on treadmil and 10 min precor

today... (took it easy because of hip problem last week.)
full squats- 1/95/8 1/135/6 1/145/6 2/155/5 1/105/8 SLDeadlifts- 3/125/10 Seated Calf Raises- 2/35/15 Roman Chair- 2/body weight/15 Seated ab machine- 3/75/10

I want to start getting in shape! I run a lot and I'm not overweight but certainly need to tone ALOT!!!!!! TIA!

the numbers are... sets/weight/reps
