Annie - what are olympic squats?
You squat all the way down. In the picture, the squat on the left is a regular power lifting squat, and on the right is the olympic squat. Olympic squats to me feel better than a PL squat.

I have done the PL squat but that olympic squat is no joke. I am going to have to work up to that. Thank you for the info!

Tonight - work out with trainer, push ups, triceps, biceps, squats, back, abs and my most hated exercise...jumping up on a bench (not even sure what it is called) then 30 minutes cardio.

Well yesterday I went back to doing a powerlifting squat and it was hard! I needed to do something different though since I've been doing Olympic squats for a few months now.

Waited too long after eating breakfast to go to the gym, so I started to get hungry and got the shakes and had to leave before I could finish my workout I hate when that happens!
Back & shoulders today: - Back extensions - Pullups w/ bench assist - Lat pulldowns - Seated close grip rows - Lateral raises - Rear delt flyes
Had a protein shake when I got home and took Bama for a walk.

45 minutes elliptical.
I was on the elliptical and my trainer happened to be at the gym at the same time and came over and told me I looked too comfortable on the elliptical and to kick up the intensity. So after that 45 minutes I was ready to .

Today - Chest and triceps
Threw some squats in at the beginning. Just 2 sets.
Decline bench press supersetted with pec flyes. Flat bench bench press. Overhead triceps extension Rope pressdown Reverse grip pressdown Abs, stretch
Took Bama for a walk when I got home.
