4 month old moms come in

Hi guys- Im having some trouble. I have 4 month old twins. They used to sleep 8 hrs straight but now my bigger guy is getting up every 3 hours!!! I dont really think he is hungry- but more using food to sooth himself. I am going to have to resort to CIO... But im wondering if you can share your dailly schedule. Including feedings (how much) and naps... These guys are at 5 ounces every 3-4 hours and take two 2 hour naps during the day.. We just startiong giving cereal. We spoon feed at 7pm then give the last bottle.

My twins are 4 months also and this is more or less our schedule:

They get their last bottle at 8:30, after their baths and are in bed around 9.
around 4:30-5am DS is usually awake so he gets a 7oz bottle, if DD is awake she willl get a 6oz bottle...she has been sleeping for longer than him lately -today she got up at 7:30!
They go back to sleep for usually 3-4 hrs later so that brings us to around 9-9:30ish, they get 2 tbls cereal and a bottle, play for around 1 hour and naptime for about 1-2 hours (she always sleeps more than him), another bottle and then an afternoon of playing/napping. They eat ever 4 hours. We just started cereal this week so they get another 2 tbls at 5-5:30 with a bottle and then hang out until 7:45, they both get baths, 8:30 bottle and to bed.
He drinks 35oz a day (5-7oz bottles) and she drinks 30oz (5-oz bottles).
