I have to pay to sub in NYC????!!!???
I just received an email that in order to sub in that school I need to pay $50, plus if I want to be on the citywide sub list I need to pay $30 more dollars?
I have to pay to work for them? lol

I am not surprised. I seem to recall giving them a lot of money up front- the fingerprinting, application fees (back when there were sep. HS and JHS licenses)
Then after I was working I got a form from the medical unit, saying I needed a physical (which was fine) and that it was going to cost me I think $20 to file the form (this was not fine  ).

Well I was fingerprinted by them back in 2007 - since I have a file number it should still be good...you would think lol.
I just can't believe I have to pay to work for them....I need to sub one day for almost free.
