Not making enough milk...
anyone have any secrets?? I have been pumping for 3 weeks cause the babies are in the NICU still but I do not seem to be making enough milk. I mean just barely sometimes and others just not even enough. What can I do to make more that is safe for the babies???

Make sure you are hydrated. Drink lots and lots and lots of water. Always try to drink a glass of water while you are pumping and/or nursing.
Eat oatmeal.
Try Mothers Milk Tea

I take more milk plus I got it on amazon
Drink lots of water
My babies were in the NICU and I had trouble keeping up. Once they were home I was always worried I wouldn't keep up but my body always adjusted and I did. Right now I am still keeping up by the skin of my teeth.
