I haven't done level three in at least a year.

I've done level one all year and I find it so easy and I've memorized everything, I could pretty much do the workout and repeat what Jillian Michaels says exactly in my head. So I figured that meant it was time to move on...

Level 2 I don't like. It's a lot with the knees and I have bad knees and also I just find the types of activities not exciting and not for me.

So I came to three, and wow!! Makes me want to go back to level one lol but I am determined to get better at level 3.

It just feels so quick right now.
