My weight loss journey for my family
Video of my weight loss journey.
In November 2007, while watching Forest Gump run across America and eating a pint of Hagen Daz Vanilla Swiss Almond, I chose to as healthy as possible for my kids. I wanted to see them graduate from college, get married and have kids of their own.
So I signed up for the New York City Marathon, and started to run. Actually, it started with walking, but eventually running become easier.
The 55 pound weight loss is just the beginning. My goal is to Create a Healthier World for my Kids to Step Into and my dream is to run the New York City Marathon with my wife and kids!
I hope I can motivate and inspire you also!
