Meals that freeze well...
Baseball season is starting soon and I'll be majorly shuffling the kids around every night. This weekend I was thinking of doing a ton of cooking and freezing meals so that I have dinner ready and we don't have to depend on fast food, pizza etc.
Besides the usual Italian stuff (lasagna, ziti, meatballs), what freezes well and doesn't get kind of funky when you reheat it?

Re: Meals that freeze well...
My mom did mostly salads - chicken, turkey, chef egg on softball days. We also did a lot of rotissary chicken and hamburgers/hot dogs.
When I think freezer meals, I don't think baseball season. But the fields do get chilli in April so I guess a nice warm soup would be nice.

Meatloaf, pot roast or beef stew (leave out the potatoes), chicken chili, almost anything you make in the crockpot!
