Acupuncture
I have a bad anxiety disorder. Right now my face feels tingly, and I am pretty sure it's because I had a stroke...that bad. I was looking into something more natural, I don't want to take pills. I thought I would try Acupuncture. Has anyone ever done acupuncture? Even if it wasn't for anxiety...any dr recommendations?

I'm actually looking for a good acupuncturist myself so I'm no help there, but I did want to say that I started having the tingly feeling in my face a few years ago. It comes and goes and happens not that often.
But I went to a Neurologist and he had me get an MRI. They said it came back fine. I'm honestly thinking the tingling is either caused from my anxiety, or clenching of my teeth(which I also do bc of anxiety).
I hope you feel better though!
