***weekly menu 5/12***
I know this is early....but DH is home today and it's felt like a Saturday all day LOL
Sat: ST balsamic-chicken-with-roasted-veggies over whole wheat angel hair pasta
Sunday: Mother's Day Brunch catered from Bagel Boss: Bagels, lite scallion cream cheese & plain cream cheese, Nova lox, tomato & onions, egg salad, lite veggie tuna salad, & dessert platter
DH is making: a large Scrambled Egg platter and crispy Bacon with fresh fruit salad
Dinner: DH's famous BBQ Ribs, Corn on the cob, cole slaw, & ST avocado-and-mango-salsa & baked scoops
Mon: ST baked-chicken-with-dijon-and-lime with Basmati Rice & Steamed Asparagus
Tues: WW deep-dish-pizza-casserole & wedge salad
Wed: Hotdogs, Beans & chips
Thurs: ST pineapple-shrimp-fried-rice.html with yummy-bok-choy-salad
Fri: Pizza for kids & leftovers

Tuesday: Panko Chicken Leftovers
Wednesday: Flounder in Lemon Caper Sauce, Steamed Peas and Carrots, and Baked Potato

Sunday: MIL's house
Monday: Breakfast for dinner! I play waitress and give them a menu that includes: eggs, bacon, homefries, sausage, toast, English Muffins, pancakes, banana smoothies and fruit salad and let them order a la carte.. payback for treating me so well on Mother's Day!
Tuesday: Grilled Porterhouse, Corn on The Cob, House Salad
Wednesday: Make Your Own Pizza Day
Thursday: Breaded Chicken Cutlets, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans
Friday: Ravioli, Red Sauce, Salad
Saturday: Robbie's Bday Party BBQ..
Chips and Pretzels with Taco Dip, French Onion Dip and Homemade Pico

Sunday: DH and I are doing a Moroccan cooking class
Monday: crock pot turkey legs with veggies
Tuesday: ST jalapeño popper chicken with roasted white asparagus
Wednesday: off to Italy until Monday for DH's 30th.

Sunday- Take out
Monday- Baked oven fried chicken cutets, mashed potatoes, steamed broccolli.
Tuesday- Soft turkey tacos, spanish rice.
Wednesday- Hamburgers and hot dogs on the BBQ green salad.
Thursday- Out
Friday- Beef cubes in crockpot with onions and brown gravy , over rice and veggies on the side.
Saturday- Going to my Niece's dance recital, dinner w/ the family.

Saturday: Was in Boston visiting my girlfriend. 1/2 dozen Blue Point oysters, a Lobster roll, and a goat cheese pear salad.
Sunday: Out to an early dinner for Mother's Day. Shrimp cocktail, antipasta, and Eggplant parm.
Monday: ST Jalapeno Popper chicken with a wedge salad and homemade ranch dressing.
Tuesday: Marinated skirt steak on the grill, grilled sweet potato and other half of the wedge salad.
Wednesday: ST Crockpot Chicken criola over brown rice and beans.
Thursday: Homemade pizza with fresh mozz, basil, roasted peppers and pancetta.
Friday: My birthday. Not sure yet.
Saturday: Out
Sunday: Making a pot of sauce with meatballs, brasciole, sausage, and rigatoni.
