can anyone tell me if I have enough food??

My DD's first bday party.

30 adults
15 children (age range from 2-12)

-6 foot chicken cutlet, mozz and red pepper hero

- 1/2 tray baked ziti

-1/2 tray penne alla vodka

- 1/2 tray sauage and peppers

- 1/2 tray steak marsla

- full tray salad

- full tray garlic knots

- 2 pizza pies (assuming most of the younger kids would eat this)

You might want some more pizza considering you barely have 1 slice per kid. And figure the 12 year olds might eat more than one slice, as might some of the adults.

I would do full trays of the steak and sausage and peppers. You definitely need more pizza. What we did for one of our parties was to order a few Sicilian pies and have them cut up into small pieces (almost quartering each slice). This way the kids took a few pieces and if the adults wanted a taste they only took a small piece rather than a whole slice.

I would definetely add more pizza and make it full trays of everything.

Better to have too much food than not enough.
