Re: enough food? you tell me.....
You will likely have more than enough.. but if it were ME.. I'd have to have enough hot dogs and hamburgers for ALMOST everyone who was going to be there. I hate having to tell people "Sorry.. we're out of hot dogs!" or whatever. With over 60 adults I think I'd get 60 each on the dogs and hamburgers. You can eat them all summer long if they don't go - bring them to bbq's at other houses, etc..
When you say 20 bottles of soda - I'm guessing you mean 2 liter bottles. That's 40 liters of soda. I think that's fine since you have the iced tea and lemonade too. I might get some juice boxes for the kids (especially the younger/spillier ones). You might want to consider a case of water if you don't have a readily accessible fridge with filtered water.
I'd also consider something to go 'with' the chili - rice and/or cornbread.
Sounds like a good party though!!

Thanks girls. I did tell my husband we'd pick up a couple of gallons of Apple juice for the younger ones, maybe Costco has big jugs. Water we have a 3 gallon dispenser for each beverage, that can be refilled.
And yea, I agree about the ham and hots. I will pick up another pkg of each to have on hand, we could always use the meat ourselves.
Thanks for the advice! More shopping..Uughhh
