***weekly menu 12/9***
Sun: crock pot beef-bourguignon over dreamfields egg noodles and ST easy-rosemary-garlic-parmesan-biscuits
Mon: ST asian-glazed-thighs, Brown 'fried' rice with tons of veggies (never made this last week)
Tues: Late office night for me, DH is making chicken nuggets and mac n cheese for him and the boys
Wed: ST spinach-lasagna-rolls, ST italian-meatballs and salad (never made this last week)
Thurs: Leftovers
Friday: Pizza/leftovers

Tonight- chicken pot pie
Monday- chicken & cheese quesadillas with black bean soup
Tues.- slow cooked brisket with onions, mashed potatoes and peas
Wed.- breaded flounder, rice, spinach
Thurs.- bef barley soup, (& a sandwich for DH)
Fri.- pizza night
Sat.- potluck party at a friends house. I'm bringing pasta with brocolli & garlic and penne ala vodka & baked clam dip

Sat - quesadillas (with jalapeno for adults), rice & beans
Sun - texmex crockpot carnitas... going to serve in corn tortillas with some cilantro/onion
Mon - man pleasin' chicken with roasted brussels sprouts and couscous
Tues - crockpot pot roast over egg nodles
Wed - homemade pizza, caesar salad
Thurs - wagon wheels with pancetta and peas
Fri - appetizer night!
Baking white chocolate chip & cranberry cookies soon :)

Saturday: lightened up shrimp scampi, quinoa, sauteed mushrooms, carrots
Sunday: DH: broiled salmon with a brown sugar/ bbq glaze, roasted brussels spouts with carmalized onions, whole wheat cous cous ME: roasted chick peas, spinach salad
Monday: Tofu and veggie stuffed ravioli , roasted broccoli
Tuesday: Lightened up baked ziti , roasted string beans
Monday: Baked mussels, quinoa stuffed baked peppers, sauteed mushrooms
Thursday: Takeout
Friday: Out for dinner

Easy week for me, we have a lot of stuff going on.
Sunday - BBQ chicken breasts, quinoa/brown rice blend, steamed green beans
Monday - baked ravioli, roasted broccolini
Tuesday - I've got a girls night, omelettes or something for the boys and DH
Wednesday - steak chili, salad
Thursday - shrimp scampi (never made last week), rice and steamed broccoli
Friday - we are going to a holiday light show thing, we'll grab something on the way
Saturday - we have a party
Doing most of my holiday baking this week and freezing everything -
raspberry stripper cookies
chocolate crinkles
peanut butter cookies
"grinch" cookies (mint chip)
lace cookies
carrot cake
red velvet cake
lemon muffins
raspberry muffins maybe?

Sun: late lunch, no din din
Mon: beef stew over mashed potatoes (never had last week)
Tues: blackened cod, sauteed green beans, buttered egg noodles
Wed: lentil spinach soup (didnt make last week)
Thurs: chicken cutlets, spicy brussel sprouts, rice, black beans
Fri: homemade pizza night: proscuitto spinach and olives

Sunday: Worked Late.. DH & kids went to MIL's for Pot Roast.
Monday: Man Pleasin' Chicken, Tabouleh stuffed tomatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday: I'm working late. Rob will make Tacos.
Wednesday: I'm working late. I will put chicken soup to simmer and he will make a salad and noodles to serve it with.
Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
Friday: I'm working late. Rob will give the kids leftovers.
Saturday: I'm working late. I'll make a pasta sauce and he will serve angel hair pasta with bread and salad.

Thurs: piece of fish, brown rice, asparagus
