Just a vent.. One of those bad mornings
Today was one of those mornings where nothing looked good on me and my butt looked gigantic for some reason.
Kept changing outfits and was disgusted. Luckily these days are few and far between, but it's crazy how it sets the tone for the entire day.
Going to use today as motivator to work out later. No one regrets a work out, right?
Just wanted to vent.

I hear ya!! My vent is...I've been eating so healthy and working out...I went on the scale this morning and it went up 2 lbs!! so not motivated today.

I know the feeling! It's the worst when you've been trying to make a change. Hopefully it's just bloat.

I hate those mornings! They really do ruin your whole day, and then when I get home, I have to relive it again by hanging up the 20 pieces of clothing I left on my bed. Like you said though, the plus side is that its a great motivator for a workout!
